A Conservative front-bencher will visit Bradford to see what effect community based projects are having on the city.

Community Secretary, Eric Pickles, 62, from Keighley, will visit Bradford based community projects tomorrow to see the positive impact they are having on local residents.

Mr Pickles will meet with organisers and members of the‘Thank You Bradford Project’ which enables asylum seekers and refugees to repay the community through street clean ups and other activities.

The interfaith project, run by Christians, also encourages the use of English amongst its members.
